China Desk
With experience across cross-border transactions, financing, regulatory matters, commercial disputes and investigations, our lawyers provide practical Indonesian counsel for clients entering, investing in and operating in the Indonesian market.
Bridging China and Indonesia
Entering the Indonesian market requires more than an understanding of Indonesian law. It requires an understanding of how business, regulation, government institutions and commercial relationships operate locally.
RBP Asia works with Chinese businesses and their international advisers to navigate these complexities — from market entry and licensing to financing, commercial arrangements, disputes and regulatory risk.
Our China Desk combines local Indonesian legal knowledge with an understanding of cross-border transactions and the needs of Chinese clients operating in Indonesia.
