Mr. Yibo Chen is Director of the Zhejiang Business Global Expansion Center at Beijing Guozun Law Firm and Founding Partner of RBP Guozun Asia. Before joining Guozun, Mr. Chen worked for many years at Tian Yuan Law Firm and Merits & Tree Law Offices in Beijing.

Mr. Chen has built a professional legal team in Indonesia whose members have, on average, more than 10 years of experience in Indonesian legal services and are well versed in local core laws and foreign-investment regulatory policies. RBP Guozun Asia is an important platform for Guozun to expand along Belt and Road markets and deepen its Southeast Asia legal services. The firm operates with a dual-track team of PRC-admitted lawyers and locally licensed Indonesian lawyers, meeting the full range of outbound needs of Chinese clients across civil, criminal, cross-border commercial and other matters.

Mr. Chen focuses on domestic and overseas investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and general corporate matters. His sector experience spans healthcare, new energy, hard technology, consumer, internet, finance and other industries. Mr. Chen has led and participated in numerous investment, financing and capital markets projects, and has extensive project experience. He is familiar with the rules and regulatory requirements of domestic and overseas investment and financing markets, and is skilled at providing practical solutions tailored to clients’ actual circumstances.
