Iftida Yasar

Iftida Yasar is an employment law and human capital practitioner with extensive experience in industrial relations and outsourcing. Her background combines legal advisory work with senior management roles in banking and workforce services, giving her practical insight into the legal and operational issues employers face in managing their workforce.

Iftida served as a member of the Supervisory Board of BPJS Kesehatan for the 2021–2026 term, representing employers in the oversight of Indonesia’s national health insurance system.

She previously served as Of Counsel at Bahar & Partners and held senior positions at Citibank and ABN AMRO, including Head of Human Resources at ABN AMRO. She also served as Senior Associate Consultant at PPM Institute of Management. Her experience includes working with domestic and international businesses and representing employers at national and international forums.

Alongside her professional practice, Iftida has authored books on outsourcing, employment agreements, and collective labor agreements. Her background in law and psychology informs her approach to employment matters, workplace relationships, and human capital management.
