Our counsel Ahmad Novindri Aji Sukma had the honor of being invited to the Indonesia Investment Forum 2024 in London. This flagship annual event is co-hosted by the Indonesia Ministry of Investment and Downstream Industry/BKPM, the Indonesia Investment Promotion Centre (IIPC) London, and the Embassy of Indonesia in London.
Distinguished figures from both Indonesia and the UK graced the forum with their keynotes, including H.E. Rosan Perkasa Roeslani, Minister of Investment and Downstreaming of Indonesia; Poppy Gustafsson OBE, Minister of State at the UK Department for Business and Trade; H.E. The Rt Hon Sir Tony Blair KG, Executive Chairman of the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change; and Anindya Novyan Bakrie, Chair of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN).
The Indonesia Investment Forum shed light on promising investment opportunities in Indonesia, particularly in renewable energy, net-zero initiatives, education, financial professional services, and the digital economy. These opportunities are bolstered by the country’s robust economic growth and its dedication to further liberalization, paving the way for a flourishing investment landscape.
